Kanopy PLUS is a new subscription model that allows public libraries to purchase packages of titles—called Packs—upfront for one year. This model provides partners with another flexible option to best leverage their budget to meet demand.
PLUS Packs are subscription bundles of content that can be combined or purchased separately. Currently, Kanopy offers six Packs, with up to 300 titles in each package.
Yes! The new subscription model Kanopy PLUS is a great option that works with your existing PPU purchasing model. If titles exist in both models, the subscription model title will supersede any others. That means that no play credit will be deducted for any titles that span both PPU and PLUS models. Kanopy PLUS titles offer unlimited access, so no play credits will be deducted for titles in the PLUS Pack(s) you add to your PPU subscription.
